I don't know how many of you are in my position, but I am graduating from CSUMB in May, and I am a little worried. I want to go on to graduate school, but I have no idea what program I want to apply for. I want to go to SJSU, but much more than that I really don't know. SO, since I waited so long to apply to SJSU, registration is pretty much closed for the Fall 09 MA programs
:( AHHHHHHH!!!!! So, I don't know about anyone else, but it is pretty hard to find a "big girl" job that pays "big girl" money in today's economy.
I feel like I have spent the past 6 years (yes, it took me 6 years to get my AA and BA) busting my ass for a degree that once i have it, I won't be able to use it right away! This has just been on my mind all week, and I was wondering if anyone else was in a similar position??
With all that said though, I am very excited to be graduating and I just hope writing my Capstone won't give me toooo much of a headache :) Happy Graduation to everyone who will be there May 16th!

One thing I am sure of, that anyone who is not in your position is envious. I know that even though when you graduate, it’s not easy from there. I would will give a du!! response; find a crappy job to sustain yourself temporarily, and then find your calling. The only thing I know, is when I graduate; I’m going to stop studying for a while and likely drink some lager.
ReplyDeleteUgh! I definatly feel you on this one! I'm SO excited to be done with my BA but then it's like ... Um, what now?! We are graduating into a terrible economy and it's already scary enough but to be classified as "gown-ups" now?! YIKES! Where did all the time go!!
